Commercial Drivers:

You can easily schedule your DOT physical exam ($70.00), usually for a same or next-day appointments. Emergency weekend and evening appointments, when available, are $100. You can call the office to schedule your appointment. If you call outside of our regular office hours and don’t reach us directly, you may leave a message and your call will be returned as soon as possible.
